For the design of 415 Broadway on Canal Street in New York City, I conducted a thorough site analysis that involved capturing the vibrant and dynamic essence of the area. I took photographs of the elements around such as street vendors selling clothing items, subway stations, cars, people, and different activities happening around. In these photographs, I highlighted the color red, which stood out as a prominent and recurring theme. This color became a central motif in my design, symbolizing energy, vitality, and the bustling spirit of Canal Street. Each space within the building aims to reflect the energy of Canal Street and at the same time provide a tranquility from it's busy ambiance.
Hammocks: On the upper level, there are expansive hammocks designed to accommodate multiple individuals, offering an elevated view overlooking the activities and programs taking place on the first floor.

Tea Room: Individuals gather around low tables set with stovetops, sitting comfortably on woven mats. Here, they engage in an interactive session, learning the art of crafting their own tea while fostering an enjoyable social atmosphere.
Shadow Labyrinth: A space featuring fabric panels strategically positioned to interact with light, forming an intriguing maze-like atmosphere.
Serene Oasis: People freely roam, settle, and engage socially within a space resonating with the soothing sounds of water, rustling leaves, and the gentle warmth of sunlight filtering through the skylight.
Bounce: A room designed with walls layered in materials that offer a slight bounce and contours, creating a playful and relaxing space reminiscent of a trampoline but adapted for the human body's comfort and enjoyment.
Rock Climbing: People engage in the enjoyable pursuit of rock climbing, using it as a means to alleviate stress through healthy physical exertion and invigorate their bodies with movement.
